For over 20 years Joe has taken great pride in having a huge impact on the local Real Estate market place. With much enthusiasm Joe entered residential sales straight out of college with his main focus on “building” a solid business. He quickly learned that what was widely considered an easy business to “try out” it was far from easy to build something worth having. Although he enjoyed great success in the late 1980’s boom he was soon challenged by the early 1990’s. As many companies and agents fled the industry Joe saw nothing but opportunity. He quickly identified the voids in the market and his business and following grew exponentially! He focused on helping homeowners with the “Short Sale” process, creating marketing systems and vendor partnerships that preserved a home sellers equity. By 1993 Joe was the most sought after agent in many of the communities he served. In addition, Wells Fargo sought him out to help liquidate some properties in some of their most challenging market areas. By the late 1990’s Joe was appointed to be the managing broker and eventually build one of the most successful offices here in South County. For over eight years Joe set off to expand his original objective and it would come in the form of building a sales force. While successfully training, coaching and consulting many of south counties top sales associates in 2006 Joe was faced with a new “fork in the road”. Even though Joe clearly saw that the market was going to go through some monumental changes, again he saw nothing but “opportunity”! When deciding where his strengths would have the greatest impact – the answer was clearly to get back to the streets. While most companies and agents are concentrating on cutting cost and just surviving Joe’s focus is on “solutions” in the market. The real estate industry is one of the last industries to act upon the technological revolution and implement products and services that build their business. In all fairness, the current business modules don’t allow them to do that. Since 2006 Joe has made a huge investment in technological services ranging from interactive websites, Vblogs, and vendor partnerships that focus on consumers behavior and needs. That has quickly established him as one of the top 3% of associates in the South County market. The most rewarding and exciting part is that it has been achieved on a “consumer centric” platform!
